Greg Ulrich, Loan Officer
Greg Ulrich feels he is a loan officer with a greater purpose than
just loaning money. While many consumers view loan officers as someone
who make loans, Greg has a different perspective on the lending
industry and how to leverage your self to wealth. “In the
position we as loan officers are in, I find it important to consult
with customers about how they can use their mortgage to get ahead
in their lives. As this is the largest debt most people will take
on, it is imperative that our customers incorporate their debt into
their long term financial plan. By holding ourselves to a higher
standard we can really help those who need it”
Greg Ulrich also works quite a bit with real estate investors and
teaches them how to properly leverage. Contact Greg’s assistant
Angie to schedule a private consultation or to attend one of our
investor seminars. “There are way too many get rich quick,
false prophets in the real estate investing realm. When someone
offers you advice, ask yourself who benefits the most from this
advice…the giver or the receiver?”
“One thing I constantly try to do is open our client’s
eyes to the direction they are heading with regard to their debt,
savings and future income. It is rewarding to show customers how
they can utilize their mortgage to not only get out of debt, but
build their wealth and provide for their families for generations
to come. All this from structuring your debt the right way.”—Greg
